In terms of software education: recruiting experienced, high-quality, and energetic young teachers to form a positive and innovative teaching team; conducting teacher training, public observation classes, and high-quality class activities in various ways to strengthen teacher management and improve professional skills; innovating teaching methods, expanding educational ideas, and using morning talks and game activities to educate children on basic safety knowledge and etiquette knowledge, enhancing children's self-protection abilities and etiquette education.
Diverse teaching is the direction of continuous exploration and effort in early childhood education in the new era, and it is also the educational goal of Xinya Kindergarten. It not only innovates and enriches the forms and content of education and teaching in the kindergarten but also helps children grow up healthily. In recent years, all teachers and students of Xinya Kindergarten have worked hard on the path of exploring diversified development and have also gained honors. So far, the kindergarten's software and hardware facilities rank among the top in Xinxiang County, and children and teachers have participated in professional skill competitions organized by the city and county multiple times, winning awards repeatedly. Xinya Kindergarten has been rated as a first-class kindergarten in Xinxiang City for several consecutive years.
