On the afternoon of January 22, the company held the award ceremony for the second batch of electricians and maintenance workers skills competition in the conference room on the third floor of the administrative building. The ceremony was hosted by Hu Fengliang, the deputy general manager of the administrative center, and attended by Zhao Rongxi, the deputy general manager of the production center, Chief Engineer Wang Shaoguang, Assistant General Manager Zhang Wei, as well as relevant departments and participants.
At the meeting, General Manager Zhao of the production center pointed out that through skill training and competitions, we can identify gaps and encourage outstanding employees while urging those who are lagging behind, creating a strong atmosphere of learning and striving to surpass each other. At the same time, the company will also build a good career development platform for technical personnel, providing more and better learning resources and working conditions for technical positions, in order to cultivate and build an excellent core technical backbone team for the company, ensuring talent support for the company's development.
This award ceremony presented prizes worth a total of approximately 6,800 yuan to 24 awardees in the fields of electrical and maintenance work. Among them, the first prize was a water dispenser worth about 500 yuan, the second prize was a smart rice cooker worth about 300 yuan, and the third prize was bedding worth about 200 yuan. All other participants received a participation prize of a strong flashlight.
