On June 13, during the fourth meeting (expanded) of the sixth council of the Henan Paper Industry Association and the annual meeting of the Henan paper industry held in Xinxiang, the Henan Paper Industry Association organized more than 100 leaders from relevant functional departments, experts, scholars, and outstanding entrepreneurs in the paper industry to visit Xinya Paper Industry under the scorching sun, to discuss the high-quality development route of the Henan paper industry.
Accompanied by Li Haoran and Zhang Baiyong, deputy general managers of Xinya Paper Group, as well as relevant leaders from the administrative center, production center, and technology development center, the representatives visited the second pulp plant, the environmental protection company, and the eighth paper mill in turn. Deputy General Manager Li Haoran guided and explained throughout the visit. The clean factory area of Xinya Paper Industry, the lean management on-site, green environmental protection, and intelligent processing production left a deep impression on the visitors. On-site, the visitors also had in-depth exchanges with the accompanying personnel of the enterprise, gaining detailed insights into the company's experiences and practices in innovation development, green environmental protection, energy conservation, and market expansion. Everyone expressed that visiting a large pulp and paper enterprise like Xinya not only broadens their horizons and increases their enterprise management experience but also allows them to witness the production operations of the leading pulp and paper enterprise in Henan Province, making it an excellent learning opportunity for enterprises in the Henan paper industry.
After the factory visit, the representatives took great interest in visiting the "Exhibition Hall of Agricultural Machinery, Transportation, and Transport Vehicles during the People's Commune Period" in the Xinya Community. Some of the vehicles displayed in the exhibition hall have spanned more than half a century, weathered the storms, and some models have become unique domestic items, which are very precious. These vehicles represent the development history of China's agricultural machinery, transportation, and transport vehicle machinery industry; they are the memory of the nation. These vehicles perfectly integrate with the beautiful and livable environment of the Xinya Community, rejuvenating them. Immersed in this, people can not only closely feel the passionate years of the People's Commune period and pursue memories of the past but also see the bright future of Xinya Paper Industry's reform, innovation, and transformation.
This visit and study organized by the Henan Paper Industry Association aims to provide a platform for learning and communication for relevant enterprises in the paper industry, receiving positive responses and high praise from the representatives present.
