At the beginning of the year, everything is renewed. The winter sun is warm, and the gentle breeze caresses the face. The banquet hall of Xinya Paper Group is bustling with activity, with 300 employees gathered together, sharing camaraderie and enjoying each other's company.
The past year has been an extraordinary one for the entire paper industry. Environmental protection pressures have continued to increase, competition in the paper products industry has become increasingly fierce, and major manufacturers across the country have adopted production reduction measures, leading to a continued decline in industry operating rates. In the face of this objective reality, Xinya Paper Group has actively adjusted its processes, technically transformed existing production lines, and implemented ultra-low emission devices, ensuring that boiler pollutant emissions meet national ultra-low emission standards. At the same time, the company has worked hard to improve its overall management level, seeking efficiency through management, honing basic skills, and solidly carrying out various basic management tasks, which has further enhanced the management level of the group's subordinate units, standardized daily production activities, and achieved the company's operational goals for 2016.
Against the backdrop of a continued industry downturn, to unify thoughts, boost morale, and rebuild the company's production and operation team's confidence in the paper products market, Xinya Paper Group organized a five-day company-wide dining event from January 16 to 20, where over 2,000 employees shared a pot of wine, celebrating the enterprise spirit, further consolidating and enhancing employees' sense of belonging, responsibility, and pride in the company, and strengthening team awareness, laying a solid foundation for a comprehensive push into the domestic paper products market in 2017.
