On April 28, Xinxiang County held the 2023 celebration of International Labor Day and the first "Xinxiang Craftsman" release ceremony, honoring advanced individuals and collectives from various fronts in the county.
Henan Xinya New Technology Packaging Materials Co., Ltd. was awarded the "Xinxiang County May Day Labor Certificate", and Qin Baoshi, the chief engineer of Xinya Paper Group, received the "Xinxiang County May Day Labor Medal", while engineer Li Rubiao was awarded the honorary title of "Xinxiang Craftsman". Qin Baoshi, male, 48 years old, graduated from Shandong University of Light Industry with a major in Pulping and Papermaking Engineering, holds a bachelor's degree, and joined Xinya in 2012. He is rooted in the front line, dedicated to research, works diligently, and has accumulated rich practical experience in technological transformation.
The company plans to carry out technological transformation of the production process in the second pulping plant. Qin Baoshi actively contacted advanced pulping enterprises and ultimately decided to improve the originally designed caustic soda cooking pulping to sulfate cooking pulping, raising the quality of the company's pulp to a domestically advanced level. At the same time, he also designed a technical transformation for a caustic soda recovery system with a daily processing capacity of 500 tons, recovering caustic soda while burning the black liquor from pulping, breaking the original shortcomings of low evaporation concentration and insufficient combustion that caused high emission pollution factors. This made the emission standards more than 10% lower than national standards, fully meeting the requirements for ultra-low emissions, achieving green treatment of papermaking pollutants, realizing comprehensive resource utilization in production, significantly reducing production costs, and enhancing the economic benefits of the enterprise.
The high-concentration wastewater discharged from the pulping third plant designed by him enters the high-concentration anaerobic treatment system of the environmental protection company, and the biogas generated by the anaerobic reactor is introduced into the boiler of the cogeneration plant for combustion and power generation, saving energy while ensuring that the wastewater meets discharge standards. After this project is put into use, it can create benefits of more than 5 million yuan for the company each year.
He is humble, low-key in handling affairs, and never wants to show off himself. Focusing his energy and dedicating himself to doing every job well is the work belief that Qin Baoshi has always adhered to. Li Rubiao, Engineer of Xinya Paper Group
Li Rubiao, male, currently 60 years old, a member of the Communist Party of China, joined Xinya in 1986. He works diligently and is good at thinking, and he can excellently complete any work assigned to him. From 1990 to 2021, he was responsible for the installation and commissioning of Paper Machine No. 3200 in the second papermaking plant; the installation and commissioning of the 1880 cultural paper machine in the third papermaking plant; the installation and commissioning of Paper Machine No. 2 in the second papermaking plant; the installation and commissioning of the washing and bleaching system, Paper Machine No. 3, and Paper Machine No. 4 in the fifth papermaking plant; the installation and commissioning of the washing and bleaching system, Paper Machine No. 2, and Paper Machine No. 3 in the third papermaking plant; the installation and commissioning of the 100,000-ton poplar chemical pulp and 200,000-ton coated white cardboard machine; the installation and commissioning of the 3520 cultural paper machine in the second papermaking plant; and the installation and commissioning of the 300,000-ton poplar chemical pulp and 200,000-ton coated food cardboard machine. He has been responsible for technical work for a long time, which has developed his rigorous, diligent, and principled work style.
Li Rubiao has been engaged in technical work for more than 30 years, from pulping to papermaking, and is very familiar with the production equipment and process flow of various plants in the company. He has accumulated rich theoretical knowledge and practical experience, making outstanding contributions to the healthy, sustainable, and high-quality development of the company.
The advanced collectives and individuals recognized this time are excellent representatives of the group company. The award is both an honor and an incentive.
