The result was that some had submitted their phones, while others indeed did not bring them. Only a few employees had privately stored their phones. Based on the investigation, the plant leaders organized a concentrated study session after work to clarify the company's intention of centralized storage, leading the involved individuals to consciously admit their mistakes and accept punishment.
Every new thing has a period of adaptation. The company implemented centralized storage of employees' mobile phones during work hours. Initially, the number of phones stored was quite high, but it gradually decreased. The plant leaders decided to ascertain the facts and explain the pros and cons to the employees, correcting their mindset.

Our work at the power plant is meticulous and detailed. Any carelessness could lead to unimaginable consequences. For instance, if our boiler container has excessively high temperatures or pressures, improper operation or violations could pose significant safety hazards and economic losses. Therefore, there can be no negligence during work, and one must not neglect their duties because of mobile phones.
"Do not harm yourself, do not harm others, and do not be harmed by others." This cannot just be said verbally! In our work, especially during cross-construction, we require every employee to concentrate fully, cooperate with each other, and remind one another. We must always keep in mind that hazards are everywhere, and we cannot afford to be careless; only then can we ensure safe production.
Our company proposed:The work philosophy of "strict management, heavy fines" is aimed at better ensuring safe production and minimizing the occurrence of safety accidents. We are the pillars of our families, and no family can withstand personal turmoil. Only through diligent work, following operational procedures, ensuring leaders do not give illegal commands, and employees do not operate illegally, can we achieve the goal of happily going to work and safely returning home, leading to family happiness and the prosperity of the company.
Through concentrated study and rectification, employees in each team truly understood the leaders' good intentions. Everyone unanimously agreed that during work hours, they must follow the company's regulations, listen to the plant leaders' arrangements, store their mobile phones centrally, and focus on their own work, ensuring that leaders are at ease, employees are relieved, and families are secure, leading to happy family lives and a prosperous company.
