In addition, Zhang Chengfu, the deputy director of the company's safety management department, explained the relevant content of safety production. During the explanation, painful cases seemed to serve as warnings, and a series of real data left a deep impression.
The last procedure of the onboarding training is to sign labor contracts with the new employees and issue a "New Employee Dispatch Notification" to each new employee. They will head to their new positions with enthusiasm and high spirits, injecting new vitality into the vigorous development of Xinya Company.
