——28On the day of the event, the Xinxiang Municipal Economic and Information Commission and Beijing Institute of Technology jointly held a training activity to enhance the comprehensive quality of entrepreneurs in Xinxiang City in Beijing. The assistant to the chairman of the company, Wang Yan, participated in this training.
This training was designed and arranged as a boutique specialty training by the Municipal Economic and Information Commission in accordance with the requirements of the Municipal Party Committee's economic work conference on "adapting to the new normal and promoting new development," after multiple communications and consultations with Beijing Institute of Technology. It specifically addressed practical issues currently faced by enterprises in Xinxiang City, such as difficulties in financing and inactive capital operations. The training covered multiple fields including finance, capital operations, enterprise management, and Brand marketing, offering targeted courses such as "Management Communication and Team Building," "Enterprise Innovation Management," "Financing and Listing of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises under New Conditions," "Brand Marketing and Advantage Reconstruction," and "E-Business Operation Models and Innovative Practices." It also included on-site teaching, with visits to Beijing Modern, Lenovo Group, the National Key Laboratory of Electric Vehicles at Beijing Institute of Technology, and Zhongguancun Entrepreneurship Street for research and investigation. The training combined on-site lectures, case analysis, and interactive exchanges, providing entrepreneurs with in-depth and accessible teachings on Brand building, innovative development, enterprise management, and how small and medium-sized enterprises can upgrade from industrial operations to capital operations, along with on-site exchanges to answer specific questions raised by entrepreneurs.
At the training summary meeting, Wang Yan, the assistant to the chairman of the company, shared his insights and reflections. Heexpressed gratitude to the Municipal Party Committee and the municipal government for providing this learning opportunity, and stated that through this training, he understood that for the company to develop and survive in the long term, it must continuously innovate, have new ideas, and build a century-old Brand.
