According to the report, after intense debugging and operation, on July 21, the second phase of the group's sintered brick project officially went into production. This will provide another new economic point for the group.
The group's new tunnel kiln project was initiated, evaluated, and invested in construction in 2013. The entire process of producing sintered bricks is fully mechanized and automated. Utilizing the combustible characteristics of coal gangue, the "one-time stacking and firing technology" is used to sinter bricks, allowing the brick blanks to be directly placed in the kiln without drying, capable of producing both hollow bricks and ordinary bricks, with a production capacity of 600,000 pieces per hour. The project is implemented in two phases. The first phase, a drying and sintering kiln, had a total investment of 13 million yuan and was completed and put into operation on March 29, 2014. The second phase, a drying and sintering kiln, is of the same scale and technology as the first phase and was completed in mid-July, officially going into production on July 21.
Currently, the greening of the factory area is also progressing as planned. This project has recruited workers locally, providing an additional annual income of 1.5 million yuan for the local community through employment alone, and has also stimulated over 50 transportation businesses in Xinxiang County and surrounding areas.
