This report informs that in order to learn from the cultural construction and management forms of outstanding enterprises, and to extract their essence to optimize the company's cultural construction and management environment, enrich the content of the company's culture, and improve the execution strength and the writing level and quality of correspondents, on August 26, a group of 7 excellent correspondents from the "Xinya People" newspaper, led by the company's deputy general manager Hu Fengliang, visited Shandong Sun Paper Industry for observation and learning.
Shandong Sun Paper Industry was established in 1982 and is the largest private paper-making enterprise in China, as well as one of the top 500 enterprises in China. It is a high-tech enterprise that integrates paper making, scientific research, thermal power, chemical industry, and forest land construction. Its operational nature and development model are very similar to our company, and Sun Paper stands out in the industry with its unique management methods and rich cultural construction.
Wu Xinfang, the manager of the publicity and reception department of Sun Paper, and relevant department heads warmly welcomed us. During the discussion in the conference room, both parties had in-depth exchanges on cultural construction and correspondent management. Afterwards, under Manager Wu's guidance, we visited the office area of Sun Paper, the advanced water treatment system, the 24# machine copper plate paper production line, and the largest paper culture museum in China. During the visit, every detail of Sun Paper made people feel the rigorous and meticulous work requirements of the enterprise. Whether it was slogans or employee images, they fully demonstrated the vitality and vigor of the sun, reflecting its dedication and quality. When visiting the production line, everyone was amazed by the frontline working environment of Sun Paper, which was free of stains and dust. On the contrary, the division of labor on the frontline was orderly, and workers were working in a clean and organized factory area. Small details, high quality, every step is solid, and every detail allows people to feel the high quality of the enterprise.
Through this visit and learning, all personnel deeply felt that an excellent corporate Culture is the source of the cohesion and combat effectiveness of the enterprise, excellent managers are the sails of the enterprise's ship, and excellent employees are the wings of the enterprise's takeoff.
