This learning mainly focused on sensory experience, with the content primarily including document printing, call management, cleaning management, team building, on-site item placement, and board management. During the benchmarking learning period, the publicity reception office paired with the publicity department of the company's general office, and both parties reached an agreement to establish a training mechanism for publicity personnel, laying the foundation for the next step of training publicity personnel from the reception office at the company's general office to enhance their publicity business quality and capabilities.
To make full use of learning resources, this learning also specifically included on-site visits to places such as the company's branch plant electrical management station, mainly to learn about the "6S" management and board management of the branch plant workshop on-site, providing preliminary reference for the next step of team building in the company.
