The company's democratic evaluation for 2016 has officially begun 520 management personnel face the year-end "big test"
On the evening of December 29 at 7:30 PM, the company held a year-end democratic evaluation meeting for management personnel in the auditorium on the third floor of the administrative building. 100 employee representatives from various units under the group company gathered to score the 520 management personnel on-site. At that time, the 2016 democratic evaluation activity for management personnel of Xinya Group Company officially commenced.
According to the company's requirements, the 2016 democratic evaluation for management personnel is divided into horizontal evaluation and vertical evaluation. The evaluation content includes four indicators: integrity and fairness, Achievements, work ability, and professional level. The evaluation levels are excellent, competent, and incompetent. Among them, the horizontal evaluation targets mainly include management personnel at the level of deputy functional department and above, workshop section chiefs and above in branch factories, and level three managers and level three technicians and above. The specific operation is hosted by the company's administrative center and disciplinary center, organized in late December, with a total of 520 evaluated personnel; the vertical evaluation targets mainly include management personnel from various units, where employees from each unit will evaluate and score the personnel being evaluated in their respective units, which will take place in early January 2017.
Unlike previous years, the biggest feature of this year's democratic evaluation is that the participants for the horizontal evaluation are recommended by each unit, and then screened and Confirmed by the HR department of the administrative center, ultimately selecting 100 employee representatives to participate in the evaluation work, further enhancing the fairness and objectivity of the democratic evaluation.
