On October 14th at 3 PM, the Technical Innovation Group of the company's technician club held a special meeting on the third floor of the company to summarize the skills competition activities of the Technical Innovation Group in July and to award and recognize the winning employees.
In July, the Technical Innovation Group of the technician club organized theoretical training and closed-book examinations for the production and equipment deputy factory directors, workshop directors, and process engineers from 8 main production units of the company, and submitted technical reform plans based on the actual equipment of their units within the required time.
After two rounds of strict assessments in theoretical examinations and technical innovations, rankings were determined based on the combined scores. Cao Feng from the White Card Paper Factory's "Recycling of White Card Coating" and Zhao Cunshan, the equipment deputy factory director of the Fourth Paper Mill, with "Recycling of Mid-Section Water" achieved first and second place respectively in this activity.
At the award ceremony, Wang Yan, the leader of the technician club leadership group and the company's general manager, announced the list of winners. Deputy General Manager Zhao Rongxi provided a detailed commentary on the competition and congratulated the winning employees. The commentary highly praised the competition activities of the Technical Innovation Group, affirmed the achievements of the competition, emphasized the importance of technician competitions, and pointed out the shortcomings and areas needing improvement revealed during the activities.
The award ceremony was hosted by Hu Fengliang, the company's deputy general manager. General Manager Wang Yan, Deputy General Manager Zhao Rongxi, Chief Engineer Wang Shaoguang, Quality Control Department Head Zhang Wei, Technical Development Department Head Qin Baoshi, and other leaders, along with the production deputy factory directors, equipment deputy factory directors, process engineers, members of the technician club leadership group, and 32 contestants from 8 production units attended the award ceremony. General Manager Wang Yan awarded prizes to 11 winning employees. The company will also organize a one-day tour for the winning contestants to the Baoquan Scenic Area.
The implementation of technical reform and innovation activities will further enhance the work enthusiasm, initiative, and creativity of all cadres and employees in the company, fully tap into the intelligence of employees, and stimulate the enthusiasm of cadres and employees to "understand technology and have benefits; learn technology and have prospects."
