On the morning of February 5, 2016 (the 27th day of the twelfth lunar month), at the Cultural Activity Center, the New Asia Trade Union held the 2015 "Caring for Employees, Love into Thousands of Homes" assistance activity for impoverished employees, distributing consolation funds to 16 impoverished workers.
In order to let impoverished employees feel the care and warmth of the group company during the cold winter months and to have a happy and peaceful Spring Festival, the company’s trade union officially launched the assistance activity for impoverished employees in November, requiring union representatives to vigorously promote and actively recommend eligible impoverished workers from their units. After a month of visits and investigations, the union finally identified 16 impoverished workers as assistance recipients.
At 9:00 AM on February 5, the 2015 assistance activity officially began. Union Chairman Song Xiuli first gave a speech, urging them to establish confidence in life, transform the pressures of life into motivation for work, carry forward the spirit of hard work, overcome difficulties, get through tough times, strive to break free from difficulties, and quickly live a good life. Then, union leaders personally distributed consolation funds to the 16 assisted workers. Chairman Song encouraged and comforted everyone to face life with a positive and optimistic attitude and to work hard in their positions.
When the assisted workers received the consolation funds from the union representatives, they smiled sweetly, excitedly thanked them repeatedly, and expressed their gratitude, promising to be responsible, work hard, give back to the company, and contribute to society.
