The group company has established the "New Asia Technician Club"
In order to comprehensively improve the overall quality of frontline employees in various production units and the professional skills of technical workers, to create a wave of learning technology throughout the company, and to foster a strong atmosphere of competition, learning, catching up, and helping each other, the group company recently issued a document to establish the "New Asia Technician Club" and widely carry out employee skill competition activities across the company.
The leader of the "New Asia Technician Club" is General Manager Wang Yan, with Deputy General Manager Zhao Rongxi, Chief Engineer Wang Shaoguang, and Deputy General Manager Hu Fengliang serving as deputy leaders.
The club has established5several professional groups, namely: Technician Practical Group, Electrical Instrument Group, Technician Theory Group, Technical Innovation Group, and Comprehensive Service Group. The club stipulates that each group is responsible for organizing three professional technical competitions each year. Starting from2016the year, ensure that there is a large technical competition activity every month, with each activity funded by the company1ten thousand yuan, used for rewarding winning units or individuals and for the unified organization of activities by the leadership team.
To encourage employees who perform excellently and achieve outstanding results in the activities, each event will award first, second, and third prizes. For competition projects at the factory level, the first prize is1000yuan, the second prize is600yuan, and the third prize is300yuan; for individual competition projects, the first prize is500yuan, the second prize is300yuan, and the third prize is200yuan.
The club stipulates that every four months, there will be an organized summary and evaluation of the activities, and advanced titles will be awarded to outstanding units and individuals, with special reports in the "New Asia People" newspaper. The "Top Ten Skill Models" recognized at the company's annual May Day commendation meeting will be selected from the winners.
In order to effectively promote the implementation of the competition activities,1on the day of the month,23Chairman Song Jingzhi specially convened a special meeting with the factory directors of various production units, the deputy factory directors in charge of equipment, and relevant personnel in charge of electrical equipment.100Many people participated in the meeting to arrange and deploy tasks, and designated special personnel to be responsible for strong promotion.
